This all starts with a home visit where Peter will look at your clock and give you a clear price for the work that is required. At this point he will also give you an idea of how long it will take to repair and restore your timepiece (usually within 8-10 weeks). In the comfort of your own home, he will clearly explain and show you what is wrong and how it will be put right.

If you are happy with this (and there is no obligation) then Peter will carefully convey your clock to his workshop in Dulverton.

When your timepiece has been repaired, restored and fully tested, Peter will give you a call to arrange delivery. Then he will set your clock up back in it's home and ensure that it is happily working back in it's own habitat.

The work is guaranteed for 1 year.
